Shloshim mitzvah drive

Send us your sheet

Snap a photo of your completed mitzvah sheet (or several sheets) and we'll add every mitzvah, hachlata tova, and act of kindness to the live tally l'iluy nishmas Rabbi Shmuly Altein a"h.

Step 1 — Need a blank sheet?

Download the printable mitzvah sheet

Print it, pass it around your camp, school, class, or Shabbos table, then come back here to send us photos of the filled sheets.

When your sheet is full — how to send a photo

5 quick steps

  1. 1Lay the sheet flat on a table in good light. No shadow across the writing.
  2. 2Hold your phone directly above the sheet so the whole page fits in the frame — edges included.
  3. 3Take one photo per sheet. If you have several sheets, snap each one — you can upload up to 6 below.
  4. 4Check it's readable — zoom in and make sure every name and mitzvah is in focus and not blurry.
  5. 5Tap "Take a photo" or "Choose from device" in the form below, add your name and a quick note, then Send. We'll add every mitzvah to the live tally.

Prefer to send by phone? Text or WhatsApp your photo to the organizer who gave you the sheet — they'll upload it here.

Step 2 — Send it back

Up to 6 photos, 8MB each. Bright, flat, no shadow works best.

Before you photograph — please check the sheet is legible:

  • Written in clear English (block letters if possible).
  • Each name, camp / school / community, and mitzvah / hachlata / act of kindness is easy to read — no smudges or overlapping writing.
  • Photo is bright, in focus, and the whole sheet fits in the frame.

Rows we can't read will be flagged for manual review — clear sheets go straight to the live tally.
